"'Fowl Faces' est un exposition inattendue, pleine de sensibilité et d'investissement, enfin un regard sur notre monde plein de compassion et d'authenticité, un regard qui communique et qui éduque, alors merci de nous éveiller par la beauté et la douceur."

There are more chickens than people on our Earth. For many of us, chickens are  for meat or eggs. Unfortunately,  most of these chickens still spend their lives in cages or are packed together in barns without a ray of sunlight.

But all these chickens have a face! And behind every face hides a story.

With the photo exhibition Fowl Faces and our Fowl Films  we would like to show you happy faces of chickens, that lead a free and comfortable life in the open air.

A way of life that every chicken deserves!

Take a deep breath and plunge in to lose your heart to the outer and inner beauty of this animal.

Keep up to date with topics on their beauty, behaviour, intelligence, language and reproduction, to be found under

Fowl Facts   Links  and  Fowl News.

True colours of nature. Highlight of 2011. Wishing you all a happy New Year.

These Serama hens had laying problems. The egg was always without a shell, and therefor broken in their oviduct. It took them 1 or 2 days to get rid of their egg (frirst the yellow, then the white and finally the membrane). The only way to save them was to stop them ovulating. The vet treated them with an Suprelorin 4,7 ml implant.  And now they are the happiest chicks on earth.
